Delphi Programmer (Worldwide)

Location: Worldwide
Position: 40 hours per week
Package: TBC
Status: Accepting Applicants

We require an experienced Delphi programmer to work on our desktop software applications. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your creative input to a passionate and cutting edge e-commerce company.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate solid experience including:

  • Sound knowledge of Delphi 2006-2007 IDE
  • Understanding of object oriented programming (OOP) principles
  • Database applications using Tdataset and descendants of Tdataset
  • Understanding of SQL and use in applications
  • Ability to install third party component sets
  • Ability to setup / maintain unit tests with the built-in Dunit
  • Understand memory leaks and using built-in / free tools able to provide leak free software.
  • Worked with version control software
  • Use of InnoSetup or other free software installers
  • Experience with REST and/or SOAP APIs (eBay, Google, Amazon, Others).
  • Automated testing software

  • Good quality tidy code, well formatted with consistent naming and code comments.
  • Team work

This position is full time.
