Doubledot Media is a New Zealand-based company creating online tools and training for people looking to start their own online businesses. We’re based in Christchurch, but the majority of our team work remotely from various places around the world. (Living in the future FTW!)
We're on the hunt for a Marketing Coordinator to help market and promote some exciting products (both new and existing).
If you're the type of person who can't go more than a few minutes without reading up on the latest Search, PPC or Inbound Marketing Tactics, and have a passion for marketing world class products, then we have the job for you!
The successful candidate will have:
Outstanding writing skills, this is essential, proof that CV ;)
5+ years commercial experience in a similar marketing role.
An excellent knowledge of inbound marketing and analytical software/metric analysis.
An eye for detail and design. While we have an in-house designer we expect you to have an eye for good design and consistency across our products/brands.
Be extremely well organized, have experience in project/staff management and know how to get the most out of staff.
Ideally be experienced in marketing online software products or applications.
Extremely good problem analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Wire-framing and Design skills ideal but not essential.
What will you be doing?
You will be the 'go to' person with regard to the marketing of our products and your day-to-day tasks will include:
Identifying, developing, and evaluating our companies marketing strategy and plan for our key products.
Managing weekly marketing meetings and make sure both projects and staff achieve set goals.
Implementing new activities based on the marketing strategy. May include retargeting campaigns, email promotions and enterprise level partnerships.
Coordinate and participate in promotional and inbound marketing activities, working with writers, to market our products and services.
You will be working closely with designers, partners and customers so it is essential your communication and planning skills are top notch.
